Health & Safety Policy

Al-Mashabah is committed to protecting the health and safety of all persons in the workspace including employees and visitors.
Al-Mashabah will take all reasonable and practical steps to improve work safety conditions and will strive to uphold its core values of safety, knowledge, integrity and leadership in order to achieve its goal of zero harm.
Al-Mashabah is committed to:
• Complying with all applicable health and safety laws, regulations, standards and client procedures implementing risk and hazard management systems which are relevant and suitable for the company’s risk exposure as well as identify, promote and continuously improve health and safety performance.
• Ensuring all managers remain directly responsible and accountable for the health, safety and welfare of their employees and provide adequate resources to assist managers in this cause.
• Effectively disseminating health and safety information to all employees as part of each business.
• Maintaining a positive safety culture through encouraging active participation, consultation and cooperation of all employees and visitors in promoting and developing measures to improve health and safety at work.
• To maintain safe and healthy working conditions, provide and maintain plant, equipment and machinery, and ensure safe storage/use of materials.
• To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health and provide adequate control of health and safety risks arising from work activities.
• To provide adequate training to ensure employees are competent to do their work safely.

Al-Mashabah will implement and maintain these systems, inclusive of standards, policies and procedures. These standards will be monitored regularly to ensure their integrity and effectiveness to facilitate continuous improvement.

Quality Policy

Al-Mashabah aims to provide goods and services to its clients on time and within budget. We continually and periodically subject our services and procedures to analysis to determine ways of improving them. This is done so as to meet and surpass, if need be, all our clients demands in professional and ethical manner and the management is committed to:
• Develop and improve the Quality Management System.
• Continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
• The enhancement of client satisfaction.
The management has a continuing commitment to:
• Ensure that client needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving client satisfaction.
• Communicate throughout the establishment the importance of meeting client needs and legal requirements.
• Establish the Quality Policy and its objectives.
• Ensure that the management review meeting sets and reviews the quality objectives, and reports on the internal audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
• Ensure the availability of resources.
All personnel understand the requirements of this Quality Policy and abide with the contents of the Quality Manual.
The establishment complies with tall international specifically related to its business activities.
The establishment constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvement when appropriate. This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability.
Copies of the Quality Policy and Management Review minutes are given to all members and staff as a means of communicating the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Environment Policy

Al-Mashabah’s senior management recognize that in our day-to-day operations we impact on the environment, and we are therefore committed to reducing this level of impact wherever possible considering the principals of sustainable development.
Al-Mashabah senior management further recognize that one of the factors, which will enable it to continue to deliver world-class outdoor advertising products, is to ensure that the performance of its activities reflects the changing environmental priorities of its stakeholders.
The environmental policy of Al-Mashabah is based upon three key commitments:
• To seek continual improvement in environmental performance.
• To ensure activities are carried out in a manner, which will prevent pollution and reduce the overall impact of our operations on the environment.
• To comply with, and where possible exceed applicable legal and other requirements to which we subscribe.
To enable these key commitments to be achieved, it is our intent to ensure that the necessary resources are available and that responsibilities for environmental matters are effectively assigned, accepted and fulfilled at all level within our organization.
In particular we shall:
• Document, implement and maintain a management system, which is capable of delivering this policy commitment.
• Monitor our environmental performance and set objectives and targets for improvement.
• Integrate environmental factors into business decisions.
• Seek to build and maintain a reputation for effective environmental management.
• Promote the reduction of waste through reuse or recycling of materials where this is economically justifiable. Unavoidable waste will be disposed of in a safe and responsible manner.
• Provide information and training for all levels of management and employees on matters relating to environmental issues.
• Undertake regular environmental audits inspections and reviews.
• Review this policy annually when other factors make review appropriate.

We intend to foster openness and dialogue with employees, those working on behalf of Al-Mashabah, and the public on environmental issues. This policy will be made available to any interested party on request.
